How Does Pistachio Pizza Taste?
Creamy first, then nutty, then a little warmth. The stracciatella keeps every bite soft and milky, the pistachio adds a rich, toasted sweetness, the hot honey brings a touch of heat, and the Reggiano finishes it with salt. It isn't a dessert pizza: it's a savoury pie with a sweet-and-nutty edge.
We're keeping the rest of the recipe to ourselves, but we'll tell you this much: it starts with the same 72-hour cold-fermented dough as every pie on our menu, baked in our Baker's Pride deck oven.
A Dubai Original, Built on a Manhattan Recipe
East Village Pizza has been a Manhattan neighbourhood pizzeria since 1997, and every pie we bake in Dubai starts from that same dough. The Dubai Royale is where we made something of our own: a signature for our Meadows Village kitchen, with the flavours we wanted to put our name on.
It sits on the menu next to the New York classics and the double-stacked pies, and you'll only find it at East Village Pizza Dubai.
